We match the shade to your skin tone rather than the darkest option on the shelf. Exfoliate the night before, avoid deodorant and tight clothing afterwards, and expect the guide colour to wash off in the first shower.
Every treatment is adapted to your skin, comfort and medical history on the day. If you are pregnant, using prescription actives, or managing a skin condition, note it at booking so we can prepare.
Before you arrive
- Arrive five minutes early so the consultation is not rushed.
- Come with clean skin where the treatment allows, and no heavy products.
- Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies or medication when you book.
- Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment.
