Beauty, Tans and Aesthetics

Hayley Barratt is a registered beauty and aesthetics practitioner and an award-winning one. She teaches beauty and aesthetics to other practitioners and runs the Hayley Barratt Beauty Academy alongside the studio.

Before aesthetics, her working life was medical. That background — and her phlebotomy experience — is why the consultation is thorough, the paperwork is real, and the answer to “can I have this done today?” is sometimes no.

The treatments span injectables, advanced skin and body work, lashes, brows, massage and tanning. The standard does not change between a £25 tan and a £300 injectable appointment: the same welcome, the same records, the same aftercare.

Awards, registration and insurance documents are kept at the studio and are available to view on request. No specific awards, qualifications or years are claimed on this website beyond what the studio has published.

How it works here

The unglamorous parts, done well.

01
A consultation, not a sales pitch
Every injectable and body treatment starts with a full health and medication history. Sometimes the right answer is a different treatment, or none at all.
02
Records that hold up
Notes, consent, batch details and aftercare are recorded at every appointment — a habit from a medical career rather than a formality.
03
Technique that is taught
Teaching keeps the standard honest: if you can explain a treatment properly to a student, you can explain it properly to a client.

Hayley teaches the treatments she performs.

Training is part of the business, not a side project. Course dates, prerequisites and accreditation are being finalised; register your interest and you will hear first.
