The appointment.
Areas are agreed at consultation and marked before treatment. Most people see the effect settle over 10–14 days, and a review is offered at two weeks. You will be given written aftercare, including avoiding heat, alcohol and exercise for 24 hours. Written aftercare is provided, along with a contact number if anything worries you. A review is included where the treatment calls for one.
Consultation first
Injectable and body treatments begin with a consultation and a full health check at the start of your appointment. If the treatment is not appropriate, you will be told so — and nothing is injected on the day if it is not safe.
Ask firstEvery treatment is adapted to your skin, comfort and medical history on the day. If you are pregnant, using prescription actives, or managing a skin condition, note it at booking so we can prepare.
Before you arrive
- Arrive five minutes early so the consultation is not rushed.
- Bring a list of medication, supplements and any previous aesthetic treatment.
- Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies or medication when you book.
- Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment.
