Terms

Booking terms.

The practical agreement between you and the studio — bookings, deposits, changes and cancellations.

  • Last reviewed: October 2026

01Bookings

An appointment is confirmed when it has been recorded and shown on your confirmation screen. If email notifications are enabled, you will also receive a copy. A submitted form alone does not secure a time.

Treatments, durations and prices shown on the website are the current published price list, in pounds sterling. Where a treatment depends on the number of areas or sessions, the price is confirmed at consultation and agreed in writing before treatment. If a price changes after you book, your confirmation price is honoured. The studio may correct an obvious pricing error before the appointment is confirmed.

02Payment

No payment and no deposit are taken online. Booking sends a request to the studio, who confirm the appointment with you. Payment is settled at the studio after your treatment.

The price shown on the website or agreed at consultation is the price you pay. We never store card details.

03Changing or cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel from the private management link shown when you book, up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes inside that window are at the studio's discretion and may not be possible.

If you cancel within the permitted window and a deposit was paid, contact the studio to arrange any refund that is due. Refunds are reviewed manually and returned to the original payment method where possible.

The studio may need to cancel or move an appointment due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside its control. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible, offer an alternative time and return any deposit paid for the affected appointment.

04Lateness and no-shows

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment. If you are running late, tell the studio as soon as you can. We will always try to complete the full treatment, but a late arrival may shorten it so the following guest is not delayed.

If you do not arrive and do not contact the studio, the appointment may be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

05Consultation, suitability and consent

Injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle, dermal filler, skin boosters, fat dissolve and vitamin injections) and body treatments are only carried out after a consultation. The consultation includes a medical and medication history, an assessment of suitability and a written plan with the price.

The studio may decline to treat, or postpone a treatment, where it would not be safe or appropriate. This is not a refusal of service for any protected reason — it is a clinical judgement, and it applies equally to every client.

You must be old enough for the treatment you are booking, and photo ID may be requested. Age requirements and any need for a parent or guardian are confirmed before the appointment.

06Health information and aftercare

Please disclose relevant skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, medical history or medications in the booking notes or at consultation. Health information is sensitive personal data and is used only to keep your treatment safe.

Written aftercare is provided for every treatment. Where a review is included, it is stated on the treatment page or at your appointment. If you have a concern after treatment, contact the studio promptly so it can be assessed; if it needs medical attention, we will tell you to seek it.

Our treatments are cosmetic. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment, and we do not promise a specific clinical or aesthetic result.

07Comfort and stopping

You can stop a treatment at any time if you are uncomfortable. Tell your practitioner and they will adjust or end the service. Where a treatment is stopped early, the price may still apply to the work already carried out.

08Photography

The studio may photograph work for its portfolio only with your separate, recorded permission. You can decline without affecting your appointment. We do not publish before-and-after images without documented consent.

09Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, the studio's liability for any claim connected with an appointment is limited to the amount paid for that appointment.

Please tell us about any loss or damage promptly so we can investigate.

10Website and content

The website, photography, copy and brand assets belong to the studio or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without written permission.

Treatment descriptions are written for information. They are not medical advice and do not promise a specific result.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which the studio operates, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other mandatory UK consumer protection.

This document is a practical starting point prepared for the Rebel website. It should be reviewed against the studio’s actual registration, insurance and UK legal obligations before launch. Contact the studio with any questions.
