Teaching
A teacher, not just a practitioner.
Hayley teaches beauty and aesthetics to other practitioners, and the academy is being formalised as a separate part of the business. Training happens in the same treatment room, on the same equipment and to the same standard clients receive.
The aim is straightforward: practitioners who can consult, screen, treat and follow up safely — not just reproduce a look from a photograph.
- Small groups, so every technique is watched and corrected.
- Models provided for practical work, with consent and proper aftercare.
- The same consultation, hygiene and record-keeping standard as the studio.
- Honest assessment — a certificate is not a promise for attendance alone.
