The appointment.
The under-eye area needs a conservative approach and a clear conversation about what a booster can and cannot change. We assess the cause of the shadow first — pigment, hollowing or fluid — before recommending treatment.
Consultation first
Injectable and body treatments begin with a consultation and a full health check at the start of your appointment. If the treatment is not appropriate, you will be told so — and nothing is injected on the day if it is not safe.
Ask firstEvery treatment is adapted to your skin, comfort and medical history on the day. If you are pregnant, using prescription actives, or managing a skin condition, note it at booking so we can prepare.
Before you arrive
- Arrive five minutes early so the consultation is not rushed.
- Bring a list of medication, supplements and any previous aesthetic treatment.
- Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies or medication when you book.
- Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment.
